I Stopped by at Pits Lodge in Polokwane on Thursday evening to get a rest to continue my trip the following day on Friday. At the reception i found 2 guys there, got assisted paid and moved to room 13 as allocated. In the morning as i was about to take a bath and get ready for my trip, there was no hot water in the bathroom and i was not even informed of these when checking in the previous evening. On their website thier motto says they are driven by excellence. Is this service excellence, and hw do you not have hot water in a Lodge and dont even inform customers prior to them moving in and they decide to stay or move on somewhere else, or is it desperation for customers. I was so dissapointed and do not recommend anyone to visit Pits Lodge..
