No assistance for a pensione

My mother who is a pensioner went to the doctor for routine checkup that is covered by her medical plan. Medicorss then submitted the statement to Bankmed who is now refusing to pay as the codes are wrong. My mother tried to sort the matter out and even Medicross contacted Bankmed to assist to no avail. As a pensioner, you would think that a medical aid will try and accommodate elderly people. I even tried to contact them now, but as I am a "3rd" party, they refuse to discuss the matter with me.
I find this service absolutely shocking to say the least.
Can I ask that a senior person contact my mother and try and assist with correct codes as I see that it is very unfair for her to pay for test that are covered by the medical aid. If not you the admin department at Medicross can also be contacted.
this matter is seen as serious and further delays will cause that the current account goes in arrears.
