I have lost count of the number of times I have had to complain about this hospital.
On the 07/11/2013 I was admitted to this hospital, I specifically asked the guy who admitted me if I needed to phone my medical aid for authorization for that day. (My Dr admitted me earlier as I was in immense pain and the antibiotics were not working).
NOW, I see that my medical aid has rejected a payment of R2000 odd to Wilgeheuwel because it was not authorised.
The guy who admitted me ASSURED & PROMISED me that the case manager would sort this out with my medical aid. I am not sure where the money is going to come from because I am not the one who has messed up here. Quite frankly I am disgusted as the level of service of this institution.
I want to know now how this is going to be sorted out!?
I will take this matter further if needs be, because for a PRIVATE institution, you conduct yourselves EXTREMELY POORLY! Let me NOT even get into the poor service I received when admitting myself or during my night there!
