Nu-shifa Hospital
Hospital error is not my fault

I was admitted into hospital on the second january 2013 to Shifa hospital in dutban.

When admitted the hospital obtained authorisation feom bank med, charged me a R500 co payment, and advised me that all further payments would be recovered from the medical aid.

Now they tell me that i have to pay a 20% portion and have handed it over to lawyers.

If they made the error, why am i responsible?

I would have gone to another hospital if they had told me about the 20% portion front.
