I was admitted to hospital at the end of January 2013. I received authorisation from the medical aid prior to being admitted.my funds showed I had also been kept up to date with an access of R1500 odd thousand.
I had left the company and was to transfer to a new medical aid so gave them their notification to stop the medical aid after January.
Later in the year I recieved a call that I had to pay the hospital money for being admitted.
I have sent numerous emails to their call center aswell as followed up with phone calls of which non of them have been able to assist. I have also cc'd the hospital on these mails.
I need resolution as for the account to be rectified asap.
