I must confess that I feel sorry for people who are forced to remain in this medical aid and it is my wish that it gets liquidated someday and soon nogal. Accounts are never paid in full whether you have money or not. It is expensive for nothing, I would rather go out there, join another medical aid and pay higher rate for good service than your worst service. I have just been informed that my benefits ince i am serving notice is R500 pro rata, like how? Anyway how can I ask when such can only come from GEMS. I want nothing to do with you whether you respond or not.
