Took my niece to the clinic, arrived there @ 20:50 and got the file @ 20:58 which the clinic use as a queuing system! I sat there with a highly sick baby aged 7 months who was visibly sick, heating up and crying her lungs out only to be attended an hour and odd minutes later by a clerk who was still to direct my sister and her baby to the casualty ward (so much for emergency)! There is no system in place as people jump queues cause they can talk and explain the discomfort, however, what if the customer/patient can't talk or explain the pain (in this instance my niece?) I was really disgusted by the appalling service the so called private provider provided to us... I'm definitely not recommending this facility to anyone I know!
