I was admitted to Lenmed Clinic in June. When I got to the clinic I waited two hours in casualty before a doctor could attend to me as she had to attend the new wing. Why extend the clinic when you don't have the staff. When I was finally admitted into the clinic the nurse had to do a urine test and I was taken to a toilet in the ward and there was dry blood on the seat, I told the nurse the toilet is not clean and she responded to me I don't have to sit on the toilet. I walked out of the dirty toilet as I was 8months pregnant at the time. With my 3day stay in hospital there was no hot water to bath or shower with. I had a very rude doctor who attended to me for my chest infection and because I refused a exray he discharged me over the phone without examining me physical. Today I get a stinking SMS to say I have a R220 outstanding amount and legal action will be taken if payment is not made. I have never received a call or statement from the clinic. Service is gone the drain to the dogs at Lenmed.
