My 14 months old Son has a bad red swollen rash all over his body I called the Dr's room asking if de Dr is available I was told by the persona Assistant that he is closing at three, I get the with a baby crying and the PA tells me the Dr is not available they are closed.on our way out we see a couple coming in with a baby in their hands. I wait for a while out side to see if they getting service, when I realised they not coming out since the PA said their closed for today. I. Then decide to check what's going on to my surprise the Dr walks in and sees the couple with the baby.when I ask why cnt I see the Dr I'm told he has seen 20 patience already and I pleaded seeing I'm de only Patient there waiting with sick baby.she says she canly make an appointment for me on monday and that my baby is not an emergency. I was there before 15:00 pm and being the only one waiting with a sock baby I'm told my baby's condition is not an emergency. I'm hurt and disgusted by this, since my baby couldn't be assisted but told to wait for monday, regardles of my son's condition.
