I took my 10 months old daughter to Thoko mngoma Clinic on Monday 14/10/2013, sat there from 7:30am only to be attended @ 15:45 by a nurse who only ask me what was wrong with my baby yet never even took a minute to examined her instead she asked "why I never took my baby to a private doctor" then gave me an antibiotic. The following day I took my baby to a private doctor who diagnosed her with Bronchitis & an ear infection on the eardrums. Ja neh! so much for "Service Delivery"
