Arrived at Casualty ward 04H00 in the morning, brought in my 14 month baby that was vomiting excessively. Seeing that it was an emergency and within my jurisdictional parameters I thought I would be attended to immediately, after all I was the only person there!!!
Ms Thabile Meshosho who is a student at the casualty ward was busy doing the filing instead of doing what she's paid for! Attending to the patients upon arrival I'm aware of this because I always go to this hospital. Bad attitude, she had. She didn't bother excusing herself, no greeting, NOTHING, all she could say was your surname is? And this was after 15 min of waiting until she got bored with Skinnering with fellow colleagues... I'm a disappointed parent because Krugersdorp Private is known for effective and efficient service that not only puts patients first but makes it of paramount importance that their vision and mission is upheld by all staff members. I guess Thabile Meshosho fails to represent this because the reception you receive upon arrival reflects the rest of the service to come. Why place such a person at reception with unbecoming presence. I left the hospital furious with my baby I did not open a file
