Debiting my money without my permission

I recently cancelled my membership with momentum due to billing issues as they could not accomadate fpr the day i needed to be debited, i then received a letter stating i needed to pay them 955 when i called to find out why i spoke to a consultantwho then advised that my membership had been settled and i infact owed them nothing. i later called to confirm this and again was told i owe nothing later i received call saying the amount had gone up to 1258, i then asked the consultant if this would be debited or if i would need to pay it i was then told "WE WILL NOT DEBIT THE MONEY YOU HAVE TO PAY IT IN" and was even offered there banking details!!! i demand my money back as i believe that as per the CPA my account cannot just be debited without my permission I want my money back!!! i cannot affor momentums staff incompetncy's!!! and if nothing is done i will take this further, they cannot give me my owed to me but debit money without my permission i was told the moeny they owe me will take 6 months to pay out!!! but it take them 60 second to take my money!!! i want it back and soon or this will go futther!!!
