I took a loan with FNB and they have been debiting my account on 25th of each and every month as per our agreement. on the 25th November which was the last payment another R2003 has been debited which was last debit. Another debit is due 25th November or after the 25th unless I get a correspondence from them advising of earlier debits. To my suprise on the 14th December another R2003 was debited without my concern, not an email nor courtesy call.
What an inconvience!!! I need this Money as in yesterday. It was in my account not for FNB to do as they please but for me!!! I need my account credited before the end of the day as I need to make flight bookings which is VERY urgent. Who gave FNB a permission to debit my account on the 14th whereas we have agreed ONLY about the 25th. I've been to the bank yesterday and the lady who explained why it was debited was taking. I can't even remember what she was trying to say. There's no justification to this fraudaulent! Don't make me move to Steve Bank please!!!
