Bad service waiting more than a year for refund

My mom had a liver transplant last year June and to date we still have numerous accounts outstanding depsite being in constant contact with bankmed. Emails and telephone calls have been of no help, and we were advised that there is no way to log a complaint with you.
-Portion of Stevens and Partners Pathology (April-Aug last year) still outstanding despite being in hospital.
-R2399.59 Paid cash for medicine at Kenridge dispensary Aug last year not yet refunded.
-As per PMB excerpt in the Star newspaper, if the patient has a PMB condition all subsequent specialist visits and blood tests are covered under PMB.We have not been refunded for any of the visits to Prof E Song, Lancet or Ampath. Monies are still owing to Ampath. These specialist vists and blood tests are vital as we need to ensure the new liver is functioning properly.as she can reject at any time. When we query we keep getting told to write motivational letters of which nothing gets doen. And promises to call us back are not upheld

Please urgently assist as we really need to resolve these issues. Alternatively we will have to approach the Council for Medical Schemes.
