Poor Service- Not paying account

After six emails sent to Bankmed, hundreds of calls, my account at Vermaak and Partners is still not paid. I've received a message from Bankmed, indicating they will not pay the full amount as the diagnoses made by dr has nothing to do with the blood tests. I've handed in ALL motivation letters/supporting documentation by dr indicating he had to do the test for him to made a diagnoses. Now they are quiet. They don't have an answer. I have all the proof of all my calls and correspondence. Bankmed indicates they look after your health, it is not true! I had to undergo another set of blood test, I could not, as I'm afraid they won't pay. I've requested a senior person contact details, they refuse to give it to me. Call centre can not solve my problem, what must I do? I've received correspondence that I will be handed over as my account is outstanding for more than 120 days. I have money in my savings left. I can not pay the outstanding amount from Vermaak and Partners. Bankmed is not giving a good service to clients and is not looking after our health - really!
