Torga Optical - Poor Quality in Product & Service

Dear All
I had my son's glasses done at Torga Optical in Kenilworth Centre, Cape Town. The lens rattled in the frame and the lens was oversize in places making it look ugly. I took his prescription and our Ray Ban frame to Torga competition who immediately identified the lens and made a perfect lens. Torga offered R800 voucher for inconvenience BUT refuses to refund me for the lens.

I now have to go to small claims court to get my money back.
