We needed my wife, who was expecting a baby checked out as we thought se might be in labour. (2 weeks before her due date). She was sheduled for a c section on the 4th of December 2012, and her file was already completed and ready at the hospital. One of your staff at reception CONFIRMED that because the baby will be delivered at sunning hill hospital, the check up is FREE (included) - ie Nedcare will not charge us for the check up - since the baby will be delivered at Sunning hill nedcare.
The free turned out to be not free, and the story changed from your reception to your accounts - we're getting demands for R581.57, and of course the medical aid bankmed will now not pay because there was no pre-authirization.
