Extremely unpleasant experience at The Highlands Centre at Dr. Elfrieda Fouries's practice.
Reception staff are highly unprofessional and rude telephonically and in person. I pointed out a mistake that was made and wanted them to rectify it what was then told that I needed to pay for their mistake.
I was not willing to pay due to the principal and argued such. When they eventually admitted their mistake the script that was due to me was physically thrown at me! That is completely unacceptable!
As a business person if my business was conducted in the manner that their practice is run I would be out of business. All I can say is at Dr, Elfrieda Fourie's practice the hypocritical oath seems to have been applied and not the hypocritical oath!
Hope to never see them again!
