Way below standard

I visited your Sunning hill hospital on Sunday the 23rd of June.

I was feeling very ill and though I might have Meningitis.

06:45 I went to reception and they advised me to go to the emergency room. After I waited an hour for help, I decided to ask why is there no service. They advised me to go into the consultation room, a sister took my blood pressure and heart rate. It looked fine to me and asked if there is real danger and if not I can go to the Dr the following day. The nurse said, I must open up a file and wait. Another 45 min passed and i asked for help, they asked me to wait. Half an hour later they call me to open up a file and wait. At 22:00 I decided that this is really pathetic to sit and wait for a Dr, I wasn't feeling way and the service was really below standard. At 10:15 i decided to walk out of the hospital.

Every time i asked for help, they asked me who i was. I was not once approached for help or what so ever. If i have asked for help, it was as if they don't have time for me. Could they not tell me how long to wait?

How can a Private hospital of your Stature be worse than a Government hospital?

What if it was a real emergency?
