My wife delivered our first baby on Friday 31 May 2013 at Parklane Hospital. We were anxious as our baby was under weight (2.28kg) and we feared that something could be wrong. Delivery went smooth (Dr. Bothner & Dr. Lucic) and we felt a lot better after we found out nothing was wrong. I must applaud all the staff of Parklane Hospital for making our experience a happy one. One person in particular have been outstanding. Nurse Lindy Ntuli taught us how to take care of our baby. I do understand that it is her job to do that but being a HR Manager myself I do appreciate extraordinary staff a little more than the ordinary person. She persevered through all our feeding sessions until my wife was comfortable breastfeeding. She followed up on our baby's progress even when she was not our allocated nurse. She guaranteed success in the beginning and achieved it in the end. We owe her a lot and my letter to you is only a small gesture but hopefully you can understand what her dedication has meant to us. I commend Parklane's staff for excellent service and professionalism. We will be referring everyone we know. Many thanks.
