On monday I booked and payed for a stay @ the hotel and had to cancel because my grandad passed away, my booking was done on line, I called in and was told to cancel on line. I did. And I didn't get my refund, I then called in and was taken to pillar to post and the I spoke to derrick and he told me that he email the refund request form which he did and I emailed back to hime and later he asked me for the card copy and all that, I use money to go to the internet and its time consing why don't hey ask for all this when u book, I just want my money no stories am in mourning now, and dnt want any stress, reservation no 522331
