I made a reservation for a hotel room online through [URL Removed] and a payment of R964 was made through my credit card. Subsequent to that i called the hotel to cancel my reservation 8 days before the booked day but i was told that because i had booked online I was not going to get any of the amount but i cant still go ahead and cancel. I tried calling the guys at [URL Removed] and even the guys at Expedia but nobody has been able to help me. im being sent from pillar to post. I'm a frequent traveller and ive been lured with a loyalty card by Protea Hotels but this is it!
