I have made numerous requests telephonically and this is my 2nd email...
A copy of my previous email:
30 JULY 2013 EMAILED VIA SK WEBSITE AT 10.36 AM

TICKET REF 10574580 REFERS... oN JUN 26 A REFUND WAS REQUESTED FOR AN
INCORRECT BOOKING MADE BY ME. ON THE DAY I SPOKE TO THABO WHO ADVISED ME
THE A REFUND TAKE APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS AND I MADE A NEW BOOKING.
BOTH RESERVATIONS WERE DEDUCTED OFF MY CREDIT CARD, UPON RECEIPT OF MY
STATEMENT NO REFUND WAS DONE. I PHONED THABO AGAIN LAST WEEK WHERE I
ADVISED HIM OF, MY DETAILS AND TO DATE (30.07.2013) STILL NO REFUND. sPOKE
TO NINA TODAY AND SHE IS INVESTIGATING AND WILL PH ME BACK... NOW NEED TO
SUBMIT ME EQUIRY IN WRITING.
AWAIT YOUR URGENT RESPONSE. My next step would clearly have to be hellopeter...
