Last year I was planning a trip for Cape Town and I booked accommodation with Primi Seacastle boutique hotel in Camps Bay.
In March I got a job offer and I notified the hotel that I would like to cancel my booking for May as I can longer come and therefore requested for a refund.
The company replied and said their accountant would call to verify my names before they can make a refund, I waited till to date but they haven't called.
I send them an email with my full names as stated in my ID but still they demanded i send them my ID copy.
This seemed very strange to me because when I did the booking they did not question my names nor request my ID for verification.
I replied and told them i'm uncomfortable to send my ID copy as it is very sensitive information.
In their last response they said money will be paid in a couple of days but it was just a lie, they never paid my money back.
In future, I would encourage people not to use Primi Seacastle services, they are enriching themselves with people's hard earned money and they are!!!
