NINE incidents in a three day stay!!!

1. I extend our stay - I wait 20 minutes for TWO employees to give us same room.
2. R1500 was RESERVED on my DEBIT card
3. House cleaning enters our room WITHOUT knocking DESPITE the "do not disturb sign", embarrassing my nude partner.
4. My partner went to the restaurant for lunch, he gave up waiting for service and went to find a waitress. After ordering a beef lasagne, he received a macaroni and cheese, only to be told "That's not a lasagne. Can you eat it for me anyway? I will get in trouble if I take it back and my shifts almost over."
5. We ordered several drinks via room service, to then be left with Heinekens and no bottle opener.
6. My partner goes to extend another day, to be told that I hadn't paid day before.
7. We complain to manager and get comp dinner to apologise- that consisted of a waitress who repeatedly insulted us and then gave us ICE COLD MALVA PUDDING
8. On checkout day my partner asks for a late check out- to receive VERY bad attitude from receptionist.
9. Upon check out we had to pay again as my card is still "reserved", but I am promised a refund.
I have since been advised that "reserve" purchases are FOR CREDIT cards and I still have not been REFUNDED!
