Mount grace disappointment

What was meant to be a special weekend turned into a nightmare of poor service from the reservation to even after we had checked out. My booking was done online but I contacted the hotel via mail for our spa and dinner bookings I got not response until I followed up by phone having booked a room for two I was asked if I wanted a dinner table for one. I sent 3 mails to the spa never got 1 confirmation on any booking. On arrival we had lunch and then were asked to wait 15 min for the room as house keeping was not done after 45 min waiting we could go to our room half way we were asked to go back to reception to first setle the accommodation bill. Our wine pairing dinner that came at a cost of 450.00 per head was ordinary we had reserved but when asking to sit at a particular table were informed this was reserved. The serving on the third course was missed for our table and we had to ask for our meal. Checking out we were overcharged for breakfast and drinks we did not have. We still stayed for lunch after which we were both ill. Having always wanting to go there wish I didn't what a disappointment. There are so many more points to make but insufficient space
