My partner and I frequent at your franchise and yesterday we decided to try Natchez Spur. When we enter the restaurant we could see that they were not busy much, the waitress standing around chatting. We thought great, we would receive attentive service but to our dismay we were showed to a booth and 10 minutes later we were still waiting for someone to come and take our drinks order! We could still see the waitress just standing around, eventually someone came and introduced themselves we then requested to speak to a manager... who then came an apologised and took our drinks order and sent the same waitress over to assist us. We then ordered I had the ribs and my partner the cheese burger... worst meal we have ever had at your franchise not only was it unappetising but there was no follow up by the manager nor the waitress to enquire if everything was ok, to check if we needed more drinks nothing. Like I said I frequent at your franchise and this was just not service or food I am use to when eating at the Spur!
