I received an sms on Tuesday the 5th November 2013 stating that an instruction to issue a summons on my Drs Mashao Dzichaunya inc acc should you not come to arrangement with Lexmed by 8 nov Ref AGP0001998 and according to this ref number its my Id number and mu Cell number but the names don't correspond. On Friday I received a call from from Julia Van der Westhuizen where by I did explain to her about the account and stated that if I don't get feedback from my medical aid by 30th November regarding this Ill pay it myself then claim form them the we reached an agreement and she even sms me the bankning details and the ref number of my acc is AGP0001871. When I tried explaining this to Miss Masilo she told me I should wait for Julia to call me back because she doesn't know any Julia in the company so she wont be able to able me but whats amazing is that she is the one who logged the details and forwarded to Julia and they were wrong. If I didn't call Lexmed my name will be on credit bureau because of some neglence and incompetent of Miss Masilo and the bad attitude she has towards customers. If she feel she cant help clients rather she resigns before she cost the company to be sued.
