I subscribed to a new MTN phone contract for my elderly mother. She was wanted to keep her phone number from a previous contract with another service provider. There were some issues to activate the sim card. Throughout the process Julia from the Sasolburg branch of MTN remained helpful, calm and professional. She did everything she could to assist to a speedy solution to get the SIM card activated. After it was activated she phoned both myself and my mother to make sure that everything is now in order and that we are happy. Julia even assisted my mom over the phone on how to check her credit balance with her new contract. I certainly felt like a valued customer, thanks Julia.
