I'm so disappointed with lenmed account department, I've quered an account in April 2013 it was difficult for me to get the right answer regarding my refund. I think I went to lenmed 4or 5 times not getting the right answer and communication up until I send the email to their senior manger them I got a call telling me that they will refund me on their side not lexmed, I was ask to bring the proof of payment and the bank statement on the 5 August I submitted the document as requested, I waited now one is said something to me 12 8 2013 receive an email telling me that they requested lexmed to refund me.15 8 2013 I send email asking how long does it take to process a refund got a respond saying (I must follow up with lexmed), I didn't understand why I need to follow up with lexmed because they know how is dealing with my account, anyway I ask for the detail of the person who is dealing with my account form LEXMED, till today I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded.
