Horrible Customer / after sales service

July 15 & 16 received numerous call from Julia Nhlapo to sell me a cell-c contract. on the 17th I agreed and Julia sent me a list of phones. I made my choice.
July 18 the order was placed
July 19 I emailed Julia - no response
July 24th I called Julia again (on her mobile)... no response
July 24th I also spoke to another agent who told me that my order is in QA with no idea when it would be released for delivery
July 25th I emailed Julia and called the call centre again
July 26th I called Julia (yet again on her mobile and then emailed... I also called the call centre who shunted me around for 28 minutes

Herein lays my problem:

You (Julia) told me that since I am in Johannesburg, there was a possibility that I could recieve my phone on Friday 19th or Monday 22nd. Today is the 26. Still I have heard NOTHING.
Not you nor anybody from your organisation has ever bothered to call me just to give me an update

The agent could call me everyday until the sale was made; and yet now NOBODY respond to emails and NOBODY bother to get back to me to give me feedback - ANY FEEDBACK!!
