Unhappy custome

I recently contacted discovery to lower my medical aid premium as I am not employed. I first made contact with them shortly after the 4th October. I was told by the walk in center that I would have a response in a weeks time from handing in all the documents. To date I have not even had so much as a phone call letting me know what the status is. I cant afford to have another premium of R1400 be taken off and I am left in the dark as to what the process is or if there are still outstanding docs

After went into discovery, I have called numerous times and was promised that a consultant would call me to let me know what the status is. Still, this has not happened.

I was also told that two docs were outstanding on one occasion when I called. I had given in the one in October already and then subsequently I dropped off the second one

please can I be contacted to know what the process is before another deduction is made
