No wonder they need to try and get new clients

I got a voucher for Femmina Beauty Centre as a birthday gift. I phoned the first two numbers on the voucher, it was incorrect, the third number I phoned three times and left messages, I had no reply. I eventually got hold of someone and promised to phone me back to confirm an appointment. Nothing happpened. I phoned again and spoke to the owner, who was quite helpful and agreed to change the service for me slightly. She passed the phone to someone to make the booking for me, this person said the system was down and she will phone me back. 72 hours later and no response. I phone again, explain that I am unhappy and the same person who was supposed to phone me for a booking said that I should contact Groupon and get a refund if I'm unhappy. I ask to speak to the owner and explain that her staff is very unhelpful and she needs to convince me to use the voucher or I want a refund. Her response: she was already doing me a favour by agreeing to change the voucher service slightly for me so if that is not good enough then I must just phone groupon and get a refund. And then I saw the complaint about their treatments. Thank goodness I'm getting a refund and for other consumers - stay away!
