Rude, aggressive & unprofessional service from the Mediskin owner (formerly Allure Beauty Salon). I received a gift voucher for Allure treatments and made an appointment accordingly. The new owner of the salon (now called Mediskin) informed me in a very aggressive and annoyed manner that she cannot accommodate "treatments that doesn't have anything to do with me". According to her, her employees were "moving appointments around like crazy" (not my problem). She is requesting an "original payment invoice" from me although I stated to her that I'm using a gift voucher - I will not embarrass the friends who gave me this voucher, by demanding an invoice from them. Shouldn't there be a salon gift voucher booklet available as proof?
And now she demands that I claim it back from the previous owner...
After being treated in this manner, I decided to cancel my appointment with Mediskin.
