Had a horrible experience previously and received a call back from senior management. Went back to give the restaurant a second chance and received worse service: scones were stale, table was never cleared, no offer of second drinks etc, was served by waiter we had complained about and left vowing to never return. No visit by manager even after complaining... all that was done was we were given a bill where money was deducted for the stale scones. The bill took long to come to us after we requested it and we did say we would pay for our entire meal but never come back, to which we received a half hearted apology. Very disappointed, food is one thing but service in a so called five star establishment is another entirely.
