So I was forced to move my mum onto her own medical aid plan and decided to stay with Discovery.. clearly a bad idea. I pay for her medical aid all my details are the contact details and i sighned some document that allows me to make changes or do queries on her behalf.
Even with all of this its been just over 2 weeks and i am unable to get someone to send me a Tax certificate. i really dont understand this.
i urgently need assistance and i am tired of emailing and calling the callcentre.
