I ordered my contact lenses two months ago. When I phoned to find out when I can come and collect it, they said they still needed my prescription from Specsavers. For some reason they couldn't tell me that two months ago. And it doesn't take two months to get a prescription. I phoned Specsavers and they said Spilken never phoned them for my prescription. I phoned Spilken back and asked them if they could walk 200 metres to get my prescription from them, and in the back I could hear the one lady say: "There is no way I am going to do that for this customer! " So they told me to get it myself and bring it to them. For months I thought Spilkin was the best Optometrist with the best service, but I was wrong!! They are horrible!! And I will make sure every person I know knows that.
