I need Bonitas to tell me exactly what they want from me. Early this year, they requested proof that my granddaughter is still studying so that she can continue with membership. Proof of registration from the University of Johannesburg was sent to Bonitas in March, few weeks after that I received an sms from Bonitas once again stating that they haven't received the verification. My daughter sent it again. On 8 June 2013 I received another sms stating "Bonitas Medical Fund has not received a response for dependant verification" Can someone phone and tell me exactly what and where should I send this. I am also a pensioner and do not have luxury of time and finances to call the Call Centre and keep on faxing something to no vail.

I am also not happy with Bonitas because since 1998 i have been requesting Bonitas to send me new cards with an updated status "Prof" and they continue calling me "Mrs". I worked for this title.
