Battle to get assistance but get threatened quick

My son went for an operation at the Medi-Clinic Milnerton on the 1st of August. I received an authorisation number from my medical aid for the operation. Somehow there is now a problem with their code 1052. I have received one bill from them. Then I got a final notice. I contacted Lizell and left a message for her. I also sent her an email. I sent her another email on the 24th of October and told her telephonically as well that I will requery the short payment from the medical aid. She has phoned me once after my email no telephonic contact was made prior. This morning I got a letter from them on an ITC letter head saying they are handing me over. No arrangements were offered - and I told them that I am quering it. SURELY THEY SHOULD AT LEAST TRY AND ASSIST TO GET ISSUES SORTED OUT INSTEAD OF THREATHING PEOPLE!!!
