I'm stuck with a bill of R3400

I've been hospitalized and had surgery at the hospital, now there is an outstanding amout of about R3400 which my medical aid refuses to pay for the dressing they've used. Medical aid agues that the dressing they used did not apply in my case and therefor they won't pay. I my view the hospiltal should know the medical aid rules as to what to use where and when to use specific medication. I've been following this with my medical aid which is Sasolmed trying to get them to pay and they flatly refused.
Now the Medi-Clinic Heart hospital has put me throught to ITC. Can please help
