Discrimination and poor service

I just came from medi clinic to see a gynae which comes once a week in barberton.i feel dat i am being discriminated becos they said they cant help me with de medical option dat i am using becos dey dont take it.they said dey need a referal letter from de gp.i told them dat my medial aid option has savings n i dont need a referal letter from gp becos i have been using dis medical aid for 3yrs n i go to de gynae twice a yr.i told them dat my medical has money n savings n dey will not have any problem getting their money.i even asked de lady to confirm with the medical aid n she said i must do it myself.i told her i wont do it becos i know there is money available n have never been to the dr this year so there is more than enough to cover the cost. she couldnt confirm with the medical aid becos she does not have a phone. Medi clinic is a very big company how can they not have any phones to confirm i pleaded with her n insisted on talking to de dr but she refused. I am so discriminated becos she didnt bother do even confirm with my medical.
