You, Fed Health, have placed my wife on a waiting list for 3 months which, despite all your lovely legal wording which make you 'correct', it is utter nonsense.
One of your consultants told me one story and another consultant told me another. This is not a complaint about your consultants as I find them to be very well mannered and as helpful as they can be.
Your waiting list means I need to pay for all my wife's medication until January. I also need to pay for any medical consultations unless it is "an emergency", only at that point is she covered. I am paying almost R2, 000.00 per month, so almost R6, 000.00 for the remainder of the year, only to be told that I have to cover all medical costs because Fedhealth reserves the right to place a member on a waiting list.
What rubbish. It is simply absurd that you see it fit to place these waiting periods on people when they aren't claiming exorbitant amounts, but rather simple month to month medical expenses associated with a normal healthy lifestyle.
I am once again disgusted with Fedhealth. Third time this month.
Way to go Fedhealth, good job placing the customer first and really making me feel special.
