Due to rising costs of Momentum Health with whom my family and I were covered for a period of 8 years I approached Fedhealth for a competitive quote and was assisted by Nadeem Shaik Madar.
Through his "Sales Snitch" we became interested in what Fedhealth could offer and requested a quote / product brochure.
Nadeem thereafter followed up on a weekly basis for almost 2 months. Raising my concerns / requirements during this time, his smooth talking and false promises ensued relinquishing any doubts / concerns against my better judgement. So much for "This call is recorded for..."
Unfortunately we joined Fedhealth and are now without medical cover. Yes our membership has an imposed 3 month waiting period including prescribed minimum benefits. We have been totally deceived by Fedhealth. Fedhealth's misrepresentation leaves me, my wife and kids 11 & 5 without medical cover whatsoever; Hysterically we requested details of minimum emergency cover but have received no response to date. Fedhealth have resorted to absolute disregard, misrepresentation and unsustainable poaching tactics, leaving well covered families at risk. Momentum Health has never left us in such predicament ever!
