Disappointed with the lack of accommodating attitude with their services.
there was no banking details on my account, so they send cheques. a simply call to enquire about my banking details or any of the many mails that i receive from them stating it, would have been fine.
No I'm going to be defaulting on an account i need to pay because they have to wait for a cheque to go stale before they can do a payment transfer as opposed to calling the bank and cancelling the cheque..
the Young lady that i spoke to was great and tried to be as helpful as possible... but the rest was just not good enough.
