I have phoned and phoned and phoned to resolve my problem I have as a new member on Fedhealth Medical aid yesterday a so called manager would of phoned me back before close of business 6/02/2014 and still waiting... I have emailed my problem that I am encountering for Management to get back to me to resolve the problem but clearly they have to many members and don't care If a new member has a problem (we will get a new member if this one Leaves) It is utter bull that Fedhealth is one of the top 5 Medical aids and this is the service getting rendered,

Could someone please let me know why is there a 3 month waiting period on all claims? Please can management contact me to explain the reason for this as I can't recall it being mentioned to me.
I have become ill and had to go to my Dr. I found out that my medical aid is not active as yet, I then had to pay for the consultation as well as the medication.
Also explain why there is a 5% loading?
I need assistance urgently as this bares a considerable financial implication.
