In May 2013 my son RIZ AHmed was admitted in hospital, all was good except when we went to the ward we noticed that they had admitted him as the smaller son Saud Ahmed.
This would have been a issue as Momentum will not pay unless we get authorisation, all was corrected as all parties claim were payed out correctly except Lancet Labs, they had received the incorrect info & had claimed on the incorrect name. Up to date following a number of phone calls, I called Victoria Hospital accounts, we called Lancet in Victoria, we called Lancet call centre... apparently nobody can do anything about this, ever time we call they say it is sorted out but i keep getting a sms saying please settle this amount, they ask me to go to the hospital and fill out new forms or go to the doctor who was treating him he can help
I don't have time to go into the hospital, anyways its not my problem, it should be corrected were it went wrong.
I dont know if my medical aid is gonna pay for this now as it has been 4 months.
