CLAIM ON INCORRECT MEMBER

Early this year my son was admitted to Victoria Hospital in Tongaat, their was a mix up as they had captured the admission as my other son, However this was corrected once we reached the ward as i had noticed this.

All the other claiming parties have been settled in full except Lancet due to their own incompetence, i have been calling the hospital, my medical aid, the Lancet lab @ Victoria hospital but not getting anywhere with this, Lancet lab has confirmed that it will be sorted out but nothing has been done as yet, i am still receiving sms's & letters to say this account needs to be settled or will be handed over, I eventually called the Lancet call center, the lady asked me to get the pediatrician to resubmit, i called Dr Kunni's rooms & the lady had went to Lancet as a favour & dropped of the correct details, This morning my wife called lancet Victoria to check if the account is sorted out... the lady says to my wife that we don't have proof that the pediatrician dropped of the correct details.
