I went in for a treatment to Garden City hospital via my GP in February 2013 while in employment. Lancet was late to claim from my medical aid nor sent me the account of the amount being in arrears. Presently I have been suspended due to un-fair dismissal over 6 months. Now I get a call from ITC-BA Accounts of Lancet threatening to pay the balance of R163.90. Due to being unemployed where should I receive this fund via the negligence of Lancet. I had no idea that Lancet had illiterate employees, that is why SA is going down. Employment is not to the education of one, but to the... There are other teams regarding blood test of which are more qualified than the branch at Garden City hospital.
