Good Morning
On the 4th May 2013 i have swipe my card of the amount of R650.00 at Pretoria Manor Guest House in Jorrisen Street, Sunnyside and there an sms notification that the money went through, however on the 24th October 2013 i received an sms notification that the same amount of (R650.00). was deducted. On the same day 24th.10.2013 time between 09:00 and 9:30 i contacted department spoke to the agent by the name of Nomsa however she was not helpful enough as she said i must cancel my card so the above mentioned company must not have access to my account as i have requested her to make sure that the company must not have access to my account, can someone just explain to me how can it be possible that i swiped my card on the 4th May 2014 after 5 months then the money got taken from my account.
