About 9 week ago I found out that I was pregnant, so I wanted to get a medical aid! (I was only 5 weeks pregnant at the time, but did not know how far along I was)
I was told by a friend that Spectra med might be able to assist me! So I contacted them and they got a Agent by the Name of Vernon Olivier to assist me, he informed me that if I was under 12 weeks pregnant that Spectra med would cover my pregnancy! So I filled in the application and sent back to Vernon he submitted it! A few days later I received my confirmation of membership... And to my shock there was a 12 month waiting period for pregnancy! I contacted Vernon and he said that it was a mistake with under writhing and he will re submit, never heard from him again.. I had to call the call centre myself just to find out that I was not going to be covered. I then also requested for my membership to be cancelled this was about the 28th of September and to date nothing has been done in regards to this! Not has Vernon contacted my to inform me of what is going on
